Drop Cap R Ros & interviewees osalind is Contributing Editor for HELLO! Magazine and has written for a wide selection of national newspapers and supplements including the Observer, Independent, Guardian, Sunday Times and Mirror, as well as magazines such as Red, for which she was a contributing editor, Grazia, Marie Claire and Cosmopolitan.

She swapped a career in arts administration for journalism in 1993 when she combined a part time job as a sub editor at the Guardian and Observer with writing freelance commissions. Rosalind went on to work part time as a writer at HELLO! magazine, where she has set up and secured countless high-profile interviews while continuing to work as a freelance writer.

Her body of work reflects a wide range of interests and passions, from the serious – adoption and domestic violence, IVF, Aids and addiction – to the frivolous – pet cloning and striptease, tango and the Academy Awards, which she has covered from Los Angeles.

Ros & interviewees For HELLO! she has interviewed hundreds of celebrities and high-profile figures across the arts and entertainment world including Victoria Beckham, Carlos Acosta, Jamie Oliver, Joan Collins, Darcey Bussell, Mark Rylance, Naomi Campbell and Tony Bennett. She also interviewed actor Daniel Day Lewis for Red magazine and writer Lionel Schriver for the Sunday Times.

Rosalind’s commissions have taken her around the world, including charity trips to Somalia, Kenya, and to Bangladesh, which she visited with Joanna Lumley; a shoot in Mauritius with Roger Federer and in Montenegro with Bruce Forsyth!

She also travelled around Pakistan for a feature on family planning for the Guardian, and spent a week in Buenos Aires learning to tango for BA’s High Life magazine.
